Jean Perrien Award for Best Paper in Financial Services
General Guidelines
PurposeThe purpose of the Jean Perrien Award for Best Paper in Financial Services is to encourage high quality research in the financial services sector. For a period of five years, starting in 2011, ASAC will offer $500 for the paper being presented at the annual conference that wins this award.Eligibility & Submission ProcessAny papers that deal with the financial services sector and that are presented at the current year’s ASAC conference are eligible for the award. For example, these could be theoretical or empirical papers addressing the management of human resources in the financial services sector, marketing financial services, logistical management on the financial services sector, etc. The papers are to be identified and forwarded to the V.P. Awards (ASAC) by divisional executive members. Authors of papers do not apply for the award directly.Evalutaion Process & CriteriaPapers submitted to the V.P. Awards for the Jean Perrien Award for Best Paper in Financial Services will be reviewed and adjudicated by the ASAC Award Committee established for the purpose.Applications will be assessed on the following criteria:
